OurKids ski school
We have two areas to offer our small guests in which your Child will be warmly looked after in a fun atmosphere: Bambini lessons (3 - 5 years) and ski courses teens (6 - 14 years).
Ski lessons Bambini (3 - 5 years)
Your child’s participation in the ski school involves a combination of ski, play and animation. The little ones will learn to ski with the help of our magic carpets, flags, figures, and many other exciting things that will help them along the way, creating a friendly child safe environment. We offer Bambini lessons on a half day and full day basis, with the option of - lunch time care - where the kids will be provided with lunch and looked after over the break.

Ski lessons kids (6 - 14 years)
Kid’s group lessons are split up by ability and age. Our specialist kid’s instructors will teach your child enthusiasticly, with our fantastic kids area and variety of different activity’s and exercises it will make your child’s stay a great experience! So that you mums and dads out there can also enjoy your day on the mountain without disturbance, we also offer – lunch time supervision.

Course details
Course times: 10 a. m. - 12 a. m. and/or 1.15 p. m. - 3.15 p. m. | Extension rate: valid after 3 days. Extension on site cannot be guaranteed. | Group courses: at least 4 participants | Taster day (green level): can be book only once and will be accounted by an extension of min. 2 days. Extension for taster days is always possible.
Booking for Bamini and teen courses is possible for the period between one week before Christmas and one week after Easter holidays. For courses outside this period, please contact us by email or telephon +43 5413 85000. Our group courses often fill up quickly. We recommend booking early through our online shop to secure your spot.
Please notice: As soon a kid will ride up with one of the lifts, a valid ski pass ticket is required. The ski school ticket is NOT a ski pass.

Courses start daily (except saturday), meeting point right hand side of the slope in Mandarfen - at the corresponding flag
Meeting point in autumn will be outside the ski school office on the glacier.
General information
- Minimum number of participants: 4 persons. If a group is less than 4 participants the ski school has the right to put smaller groups together, change the course times or cancel the lessons.
- Maximum number of participants: 12 participants
According to the Tyrolean ski school law, in exceptional cases (holidays), up to 15 people are allowed to take part in a group course - Lift tickets and equipment are not included.
- Ski pass information: If you buy your early bird ski pass online you get a discount. Children born in 2016 or later receive a ski pass for free at the local cabel car station. (photo ID-required). The beginners lift Mandarfen is included within a 2-days ski pass
- If you a buy a one or one and a half day pass for Rifflsee/Gletscher, the beginners lift in Mandarfen is not included.
- Absence due to injury will only be reimburdes with a doctor's certificate.
- If courses are cancelled due to an act of nature beyond control, money will no be reimbursed.
- On Saturday only private lessons are possible (inquiry by mail or online booking).
- Group courses don't take place on Saturdays.
Safety first
Every child will receive a saftey vest! A deposit of € 10,- is required. At the end of the course when you return the vest, you will receive the deposit back.
- Pick up vest Kinderland Mandarfen (red container): from Sunday to Wednesday from 09.30 a.m. - 10.00 a.m. - payment deposit only possible in cash

You have been thinking about registering your toddler in the ski school for a long time, but you are still unsure - you should take this opportunity and book a course for your child. Enjoy the peace and quiet in the Pitztal together with your little skiers outside of the holiday periods. With a lot of time and patience, our children's ski instructors will take care of your Bambinis and teach them to ski in a playful way.
